Relevate is a free educational program designed to help you enter the world of IT – even if you’ve never had any experience before.
(Perfect for Beginners)

The program also includes an Academy for those with basic tech skills. It was created by experts from Relativity – professionals working in the tech industry every day.

And they’re the ones – volunteering their time – who will help you gain your first IT skills or grow the ones you already have.

In partnership with the UN Youth Delegate of Poland

This unique program takes a broad look at the role of young people in the job market – giving them a voice! We aim to highlight the power and importance of involving youth in shaping the future. That’s why a key part of the program includes integrative workshops connecting participants with professionals – developed in partnership with Poland’s UN Youth Delegate, Hanna Miśniakiewicz. The central theme? The Sustainable Development Goals.

New to IT? We’ve got you covered

  • You’ll learn the fundamentals of technology from volunteer experts at Relativity, who will guide you step by step through the world of IT.

  • You’ll gain practical skills that will help you decide if IT is the right path for you.

  • Before applying, make sure to check the meeting schedule (in-person at the Relativity office in Kraków!)

The beginner track kicks off in May and runs for two months.
Sessions will take place every Wednesday afternoon at the Relativity office in Kraków, located at al. Pokoju 5.

  • May 28 – July 16 – Weekly IT Fundamentals Workshops, every Wednesday at 4:00 PM

  • July 19–20 – Weekend Hackathon to wrap up the program

Got the basics down? Ready to level up?

  • You can join the nerds.family Academy, where you’ll work on practical tasks based on real-life IT industry challenges – all under the guidance of experienced mentors.

  • The Academy program was designed by professionals at Relativity, who created hands-on projects to help you develop the most in-demand skills for working in tech.

The nerds.family Academy for individuals with IT skills is an intensive workshop program where hands-on practice meets real-world theory. Participants learn by working on actual business cases.

The learning takes place online through an interactive platform, where participants complete tasks at their own pace.

Throughout the program, they receive ongoing support from both the community and Relativity experts, who provide regular feedback – helping participants continuously grow their skills.

  • Already have some skills? – Level up with the nerds.family Academy.

  • Looking for a new career path? – This program will equip you with real, in-demand skills for today’s job market.

The program will be conducted in Polish.
Relativity team members will also encourage participants to start learning English – a must-have in the tech industry.

For beginners – this track includes a series of hands-on workshops led by Relativity employee volunteers, held at the company’s office.

After the welcome session and six weekly workshops, you’ll be invited to a 2-day final event where you’ll team up to create innovative solutions.
