Cisco x Hearty – from passion to inspiring and supporting
Empower Together is a joint initiative of Cisco and Hearty Foundation
The initiative was born from the need to share what is most valuable – time, experience, and mindfulness. The project is aimed at children and youth in Kraków who are under the care of the Foundation and face the challenges of social exclusion on a daily basis.
Over the course of several months, Cisco volunteers create a safe space with young people for growth, integration, and empowerment. Joint workshops, meetings, activities, and trips are not only an opportunity to share knowledge, but—most importantly – to be present. Present with young people, their needs, dreams, and questions about the future.
Why do we do it?
Because we believe that a relationship with another person can truly change their perspective.
Because we know that meeting adults who listen, support, and inspire leaves a lasting impression.
Because together we can achieve more – Empower Together is not just a name. It’s action.
How can you get involved?
As a Cisco volunteer, you can:
participate in regular activities with children at the Foundation’s headquarters,
share your passions, experience, and positive energy – if you have a passion you’d like to share, we’ll organize a session with the children where you can inspire them and encourage their development,
be part of the Giving Back event, which celebrates shared values and actions.
