After two editions full of emotions, discoveries, and small-but-meaningful successes, we are now launching the third edition of the Hearty Talents project, made possible thanks to the support of UBS. The project was created in response to the real needs of children and young people — to be noticed, appreciated, and heard. Through our work, we see how much energy and passion our beneficiaries have, and with this project, we aim to accompany them, create space to strengthen their potential, and help them discover new interests.
We Operate in Three Cities!
As always, this year’s edition will take place in three cities: Kraków, Wrocław, and Warsaw, involving daycare institutions, partner organizations, specialists, and volunteers.
„This is already the third edition of the Hearty Talents project. Being noticed, appreciated, and having presence are very important, which is why I’m so happy that together we are creating a space for joy, experience, and discovery once again. Many creative activities, workshops, meetings, and trips lie ahead of us.„
– says Alicja Magiera-Bąk, Vice President of the Hearty Foundation.

Foundations of the Project – Mental Health and a Sense of Agency
At the heart of Hearty Talents is always the psychological well-being of young people. After all, it is this well-being that forms the foundation enabling them to navigate life’s challenges—even when the path is bumpy.
In Kraków, in collaboration with the To Po Drodze Center for Therapy, Development, and Education, developmental group sessions for children and youth will be conducted. Participants will learn to recognize emotions, use their personal resources, and build mental resilience. This provides a safe space for conversation, reflection, and mutual support.
What activities await the project participants?
The third edition of Hearty Talents offers hundreds of hours of activities, dozens of workshops, and — most importantly — a wide range of experiences that will allow children to explore entirely new roles.
Kraków
In Kraków, participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of creativity — from workshops creating images from moss and natural materials, to designing and painting their own clothing, and even constructing wooden clocks. These activities not only develop manual skills but also teach patience, concentration, and self-confidence.
Alongside artistic activities, there will be robotics and programming workshops, introducing children to new technologies, logical thinking, and teamwork.
There will also be activities supporting emotional development, including group developmental sessions and canine-assisted therapy, helping to build empathy, regulate emotions, and strengthen a sense of security.
Wrocław
In Wrocław, the project is also gaining momentum — with approximately 120 free workshops planned, involving at least 50 children. Participants will develop their talents through craft, art, and music activities. From drawing and painting, to jewelry-making and working with natural materials, and even vocal workshops and learning to play instruments, music and art will serve as tools for expressing emotions and building stage confidence.
The program will also include the “Artistic Journey” series, where children will learn techniques such as marbling on water (ebru), basics of photography, and professional drawing. There will also be mixed martial arts (MMA) classes, which, beyond physical fitness, teach discipline, self-defense, and control over one’s body.
Warszawa
In Warsaw, activities will focus heavily on developing educational and language skills. Children will participate in English and math tutoring, learning-through-play workshops, and journalism and TV classes. The practical application of skills will be an important part of the project—during educational outings, participants will have the opportunity to practice communication in real social situations.
Integration and community activities will also play a key role, including family picnics, neighborhood events, visits to cultural institutions, and theater performances. After all, Hearty Talents is not just about workshops — it’s also about building relationships between children, caregivers, volunteers, and the local community.
Talent Gala – A Moment in the Spotlight
The project will end in the October Talent Gala — an event where participants will showcase the results of their work. It is a symbolic moment of recognition and appreciation for the effort they have put into developing their passions.
For many children, it will be the first opportunity to publicly display their skills and hear applause directed just at them. And sometimes, a single experience like this can make a world of difference.
Each edition of the Hearty Talents project shows that when a child is given a safe space, adult support, and the opportunity to try new things, they begin to recognize their own potential. That’s why in 2026, we once again want to create such a space for them.
Talents don’t appear by chance — they flourish where they are noticed and nurtured with heart. ❤️
